2. General Information on Data Processing
Flugs is a time tracking app. The data you record (e.g., working hours, project names, notes) is processed exclusively to provide the app’s functionality.
3. iCloud Synchronization
Flugs uses iCloud (CloudKit) to sync your data across devices. Your recorded time tracking data is stored and transmitted within your private iCloud account. Apple Distribution International Ltd. and/or Apple Inc. is responsible for processing within the scope of iCloud. Apple’s privacy policy applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/us/
As the developer, I do not have access to your data stored in iCloud – synchronization takes place end-to-end within your own Apple account.
4. No Analytics or Tracking Tools
Flugs does not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising software. No usage data is transmitted to third parties.
5. App Store / Purchase Processing
Flugs is distributed as a one-time purchase through the App Store. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple; I do not receive any payment or credit card information. Apple’s privacy policy applies to the payment process.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection regarding the processing of your data. Since your time tracking data is stored primarily locally or in your own iCloud account, you can delete it directly within the app at any time or manage it through your iCloud settings.
